Martin announce a P3 Workshops Day - on Wednesday 13th January 2010
P3 the missing link between light and video
Having recently launched the new LC Plus series and P3 platform, Martin are pleased to announce two workshop days to demonstrate the capabilities of the P3 processor. The workshop will also give attendees the chance to experience the developments made from the successful LC Series and to answer any questions you may have.
The workshop will take place in Park Royal, London on the 13th January 2010 and will be led by experts from Martin HQs’ Visual Solutions team and supported by staff from Martin UK.
The format for the day will be as follows; attendees can choose which type of workshop suits their requirements or attend both:
‘Hands on Workshop’
Learn all about how you can get the results faster and easier – less hassle and headache, more time for being creative
‘Creative Workshop’
Discover the creative possibilities of the P3 platform’ and let us show you another level of creative possibilities both now and for the future.
Topics covered include:
- LED display basics – the stuff you always wanted to know.
- Why P3 is such a game changer – and why did no one think of this before?
- The unique creative possibilities of the P3 technology, real time control of all screen parameters from any lighting console.
- The Martin LC and LC Plus series LED screens.
- How to set up and configure a P3 system in just a few minutes.
- How to get the most of LED screens, tips and tricks about content design and mapping.
- Where is the LED technology going, a few glimpses of the future

10.30am to 12.30am Hands on Workshop
1.30pm to 3.30pm Hands on Workshop
3.45pm to 5.30pm Creative Workshop
