Data Protection Privacy Policy for the STLD

We at the Society of Television Lighting and Design take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your membership and to provide information, details on meetings, and services that you have requested from us. However, we would occasionally like to contact you with details from our current Sponsors*.

We will ask you, if you consent, by saying which way of contacting you would be satisfactory. Your information will be secured in an encrypted form.

STLD members will also under law be entitled to the following:

  • The right to be informed
  • The right of access
  • The right to rectification
  • The right to erasure
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to object

We will not keep your records for longer than necessary.

If you wish to see your personal data that we hold, we will reply within one calendar month.
